A refreshing summer smoothie or breakfast bowl.
Coconut Water & Berry Smoothie Bowls
1 cup mixed frozen berries (BERM1)
1 100g packet of acai pulp (BERAP)
½ cup of Kara coconut water (COCWC)
1 frozen peeled banana (BANWF)
1 tablespoon of date or maple syrup – optional (DATESYR)
Toasted coconut flakes (COCT1)
Chia seeds (CHIAWP)
Pumpkin seeds (PUMPK)
Freeze dried blueberries (BLUEP)
Place the frozen berries, banana, acai and coconut water in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding additional coconut water as needed. (As little as necessary so your smoothie will be thick).
Taste and add maple, or date syrup if desired.
Pour into a large bowl and top with fresh berries, seeds, coconut flakes and freeze dried blueberries.
