Ingredients:
1 400 gram tin of butter beans (BUTB)
1 460g tin of roasted red peppers (PEPRR)
1 teaspoons of crushed garlic (GARLCR)
150 grams of softened cream cheese (PHIC)
Juice of one lemon
Salt and pepper
Step by Step:
Rinse and thoroughly drain, then dry the beans and roast red peppers. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Season to taste.
