This margarita has a fantastic flavour that's a great alternative to the everyday lime or strawberry variety.
Cactus Water has a unique taste somewhere in between raspberries or watermelon and compliments the elderflower perfectly to make a smashing cocktail.
45mL of a tequila of your choice
100mL of Nopal Cactus Water (CACWA)
Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lime juice (LIMEJ)
20mL of elderflower syrup (SYREL)
Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously.
Salt the rim of the glass (or not—whichever you prefer!).
Then, strain the margarita into your glass and garnish with freshly sliced pears and lime.
