Condensed coconut milk cookie dough bars with caramel topping
100g of non dairy butter
150g of brown sugar (SUGB)
400g of plain flour
1 x can of Natures Charm sweetened condensed coconut milk
1 x teaspoon of vanilla extract (ESSPVE)
100g Non dairy chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Natures Charm coconut caramle sauce for topping
1. Line a baking tray baking paper
2. Whip the butter and sugar together, add in the flour,vanilla extract, chocolate and sweetenend condensed coconut milk. Mix until combined.
3. Put the mixture into the baking tray and spread out evenly. Put into the freezer for 3+ hours
4. Spread the Natures Charm coconut caramel sauce overthe cookie dough. Put into the fridge for approx 30min to allow the caramel to harden.
5. Cut into slices and enjoy
