240g Pancake/Waffle Base Flour (MIXPW)
2 Tsp Baking Powder (BAKEP1)
½ Tsp Salt (SALTI1)
½ cup Caster Sugar (SUGC1)
½ Cup Chia Seeds (CHIBW)
1 ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence (ESSV)
2 Eggs
1 1/4 Cup Milk
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries (BLUEBF1)
Bottle of Brown Rice Syrup (SYRBR454)
Weigh the base flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and Chia seeds into a large bowl and mix well.
Add vanilla essence, eggs, and milk stir until combined. Add the blueberries.
Heat waffle iron and grease with butter. Place a heaped spoonful of the mixture into the iron and cook until golden brown.
For pancakes, gently heat a non-stick fry pan and place a spoonful of the mixture into the pan. Flip once bubbles form on the surface and cook until golden.
Serve with blueberries and a generous drizzle of Brown rice syrup.
