Job Description: 

You'll be the type of person who likes to see an issue through to resolution, has a sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills. We use an in-house system but you'll need to be confident with Microsoft Office as well.

Key responsibilities: Process shipping documents and liaise with Suppliers /Customs Agent / Logistics provider to ensure the arrival of raw materials into our warehouse in Auckland.

Forward all relevant purchase order information and documents to internal and external Customers. Update supplier information and liaise with suppliers as required

Answer customer telephone inquiries, take orders, respond to service needs or, where appropriate, seek advice from more experienced staff or direct such matters to sales personnel or Business Managers and monitor outcomes.

Liaise with sales and support staff to keep them up to date on the progress of orders and the individual needs of customers and suppliers
