1 cup Sunflower Seeds
1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
2 cups Linseed
1 cup Sesame Seeds
1 cup Sliced Almonds
1 cup Dried Cranberries
1 cup Walnut Pieces
8 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
12 Tablespoons Psyllium Husk
2 Tablespoons Flaky Sea Salt
6 tablespoons Coconut Nectar
8 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
4 cups water
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Mix well again after the 10 minutes and leave to stand for one hour.
Split the mixture evenly between two loaf tins lined with baking paper.
Bake at 170C for 30-40 minutes.
Remove bread from the loaf tins and bake upside down for a further 10-15 minutes.
Leave bread to completely cool on bread racks before slicing and serving hot or cold.
