A quick and easy week night pasta
SPAGHETTI WITH TOMATOES, FRESH HERBS AND ANCHOVIES
320g of La Molisana Spaghetti (PASSLM)
½ cup extra virgin olive oil (OLIEGR)
1 clove garlic lightly crushed or crushed garlic (GARLC200)
handful of finely chopped fresh herbs(basil,oregano,thyme)
1 x Can chopped tomatoes (TOMC400)
Parsley to garnish,
100 g Anchovies in oil (ANCHF)
1.Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the crushed garlic. Discard the garlic when it turns pale gold.
2.Add the anchovies and after few minutes, the tomatoes, the fresh herbs and season with salt to taste
3.cook for 8 minutes.
4.Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
5. Drain and sauté briefly in the sauce.
6.Garnish with Parsley and serve
